A passionate food lover, Judith first learned her trade as an apprentice pastry chef in Japan for six years before working as an executive pastry chef in a fusion restaurant in Tokyo up to 2005. Returning to Malaysia, Judith served as Executive Pastry Chef at YTL Autodome before going on to manage the pastry division of YTL Hotels and Properties.
In 2009, she joined Just Heavenly as the Director of Operations in its Central Kitchen, running the day-to-day mechanics of production and keeping things shipshape down to the last detail. Judith’s career then literally took to the skies when she joined AirAsia as its Product Development Manager, tasked with revamping AirAsia and its affiliates’ menus.
